5.1 Deposits. 12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. 14.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to the dispute resolution process outlined above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by agreement or alternative dispute resolution.

ph798 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph798 will provide notice to registered players by one or more of the following methods: a notification within the Platform interface, an email to the address registered on your account, or a notice posted on the ph798 website with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms.
